CYCLE: Indoor cycling, also known as spinning, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. This involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted fly wheel in a classroom setting. You will learn the proper form in each position that is presented during class.
TOTAL BODY: Total Body Conditioning is a head to toe strength and toning workout achieved through high repetition, some cardio exercises that incorporate using body bars, dumbbells and more. This workout will give you all you need for the day! Targets all upper and lower muscle groups. Total Body Conditioning workouts can decrease fat and increase muscle tone.
BOOT CAMP: Is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. ... The typical fitness class is also known for its weight loss programs being very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass, and improving overall coordination and body placement.
ZUMBA: Involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Aerobic exercises like ZUMBA Fitness are the best way to get the higher calorie and fat burn from your exercise efforts.
30/30 WORKOUT: This is a great workout for those who want to do a quick cycling class to get our cardio in for 30 mins. Then we add weights at the end of the last 30 mins of class to build increase muscle. It’s a great way to get it all done in 60mins!
HIIT: HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. It’s a strategy alternating short periods of intense, anaerobic exercise ,with less intense recovery periods until too exhausted to continue.
40/20 WORKOUT: 40 mins of cycle followed by 20 mins of core and more.
CARDIO KICK: Cardio kickboxing that incorporates kicking and boxing that is choreographed into a routine.
